Description: The US District Court’s annual Black History Month program is scheduled on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 2:00 pm, in Courtroom 202.

Professor Jakobi Williams, Associate Professor in the Department of History at Indiana University – Bloomington, is the keynote speaker. Professor Williams will provide an objective presentation with emphasis on educating the audience on how and why the party began and its community impact, differences among chapters, significant events, and the party’s unofficial decommissioning.
